Dirty Avocados Make A Wish
We're raising money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Sacramento and Northeastern California. As a way to raise awareness for Make-A-Wish and this fundraising effort, we'll will be racing two teams in June 2008's Primal Quest Expedition Adventure Race. Primal Quest, deemed the "world's most challenging human endurance competition", is a perfect fit for an effort to help a child that is enduring a life-threatening medical condition.

To make this wish happen, we need help from outdoor product manufactures, service providers and retailers. The help we need can be in the form of donated products, services or discounts. These offerings will then be raffled and the proceeds will fund a special child's wish.
You, as a company that donates to this effort, will gain exposure on dirtyavocados.com and ecoprimalquest.com. Both sites are leaders in adventure racing's online space. Ecoprimalquest.com alone collected more than 100 million impressions in 2006 for that year's race. 2008's race is expected to top that! A portion of all contributions, donations, and proceeds from the auctions and raffles received by Dirty Avocados will be donated to the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Sacramento and Northeastern California to sponsor a local child. The remainder of the contributions, donations, and proceeds will be used to fund the Dirty Avocados' registration fees and expenses associated with Primal Quest. The Make-A-Wish Foundation® is a charitable non-profit organization whose purpose is to grant wishes to children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy.
